•    Fasting: The twenty first century food is loaded with chemicals and pesticides. When we eat this food we may have to deal with constant acne related problems. These days a new school of thought advocates fasting for at least one day in a week. This will help your body to get rid of built up toxins and give your digestion system a needed rest. Fasting may be a easy way to treat your acne.

•    Diet: Fast foods like burgers, pastries and other things are loaded with fat and toxins which do nothing but cause problems like acne and deeper problems like heart attack. Hence, if you really want to get rid of acne fast, then switch to better foods which have more nutritive value than calories. Fresh fruits and vegetables are a much better way to keep healthy and get rid of problems like acne. Weight loss is another side benefit to changing your diet to a health one. If you have acne, concentrate more on fruits like grapefruit, lemon and oranges.

•    Strawberry: Acne can also be cured by strawberries and strawberry leaves which are full of antioxidants.

•    Exercise: Acne happens due to poor blood circulation and hence it is important to enhance the blood circulation. With exercise, you have a lot of advantages.

•    Keep your face clean: No matter how childish it may sound, many people actually forget to wash their faces and land up with such problems like acne. Clean your face with water and use a mild cleanser. You get acne because of clogged pores. Make sure you keep your skin very clean this can help keep your face acne free.

•    Icepack: If you really need a quick cure for acne for some function or wedding, then you can use the icepack.
